Just Got Done with the Building Upgrades
Of course I have been learning as I go along, but right now I think I am finding my stride as a rental property manager. I only have the job because Mrs Walker is too cheap to pay someone with real experience and once I figure out what I am doing I suspect that I shall want more than she is willing to give me. Today I have been cleaning up around the grounds of the Walker Avenue complex, emptying the cigarette bins and putting paint on things that needed painting. I have to take care of the landscaping tomorrow and then I have to fix a couple of appliances later on. Of course I can only fix simple problems, but if there is a real problem I shall take it down to that place on Lee Street and they shall fix it while I put an extra one in it's place.
